Grassi Wins 2022 Best of Accounting Award for Service Excellence


Grassithe New York-based accounting firm with a major presence in New Jersey, received the 2022 Best of Accounting award for superior customer service, according to an announcement on Monday.

Winners are chosen to be industry leaders in service quality based on customer feedback and ratings.

Highlights of Grassi’s 2022 customer survey results include: 87.3% of respondents rated Grassi a 9 or 10 out of 10, compared to the industry average of 53% in 2021;
The company’s Net Promoter Score was 83%, more than double the industry average of 38% in 2021; the highest levels of satisfaction were for quality of service and understanding of customer needs.

The information was gathered through a ClearlyRated customer satisfaction survey. On average, clients of the 2022 Best of Accounting winners are twice as likely to be satisfied as those working with other accounting firms.
